| Details | Commercial Construction This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Construction company. Our client requires an experienced individual to be involved in the Quantity Surveying and Contract Management for large multi storey projects in Wellington. Strong written and oral communication skills will be a prerequisite, as you will be negotiating directly with architects, clients and sub-contractors. As a result your administration/documentation systems knowledge will be strong, as you will be responsible for tendering, progress claims & payments and submission of final accounts of the project. We would imagine that you have an appropriate tertiary qualification or working towards one and ideally have around four plus years work experience. Our client has an excellent organisational structure, which will ensure excellent future career prospects, which are compensated with an exceptional salary package. |
