| Details | This is a full time permanent position that incorporates two roles – Your working week will be spent with 15 hours providing professional leadership to the Conductive Education team with the remaining 25 hours as a Conductor. Key responsibilities: Develop quality service plans for participates. Evaluate, assess, plan and delivery of participates programmes with ongoing monitoring Deliver stimulating and interesting Conduction Education programmes in collaboration with other team members. Liaise with the team and external agencies to achieve client needs Develop and maintain relationships with client’s families and other referring agencies (e.g. Health support services, educational etc) Provide leadership to the Conductive Education Team who are focused on enabling the children to live fulfilling, rewarding and “real lives” and support them to be the very best they can be. Essential: Conductive Education qualification Excellent English Language skills both verbal and written Excellent communication skills Problem solving ability Ability to work as part of a collaborative team Computer skills Knowledge of Health and Safety Management Desirable: Be a member of a Conductors’ professional body A qualification in early childhood education Have a basic and broad knowledge about other educational approaches and rehabilitation methods/therapies developed for people with Cerebral Palsy, motor disorders or developmental delay and learning difficulties.
