| Details | IRIS Conductive Education provides an Early Childhood Education programme for children with cerebral palsy and other motor disorders. Conductors work with children and their families to teach children how to develop and maintain skills for living. The programme encourages and motivates children to achieve and develop to their greatest potential. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to see and experience their place in the world as an active one! The purpose of this brand new role is to formulate, integrate and deliver a high quality, inclusive and educational play-based curriculum (Te Whaariki), which will provide children with a secure nurturing environment within the Conductive Education framework. To be successful in this role you will be a qualified early childhood teacher, have had hands on teaching experience, a thorough understanding of the early childhood curriculum, excellent English language skills, strong communication skills, and an ability to build and maintain positive relationships. An early intervention qualification would be an added bonus! |
